Christana’s passion for jewelry and adventure has led her around the world. She has studied techniques of Southwest Silverwork to the Ancient Art of Granulation. Special studies include classical jewelry technique at the Jewelry Arts Institute of New York. While living in India, Christana fine-tuned her goldsmithing skills with artisans of Madras. Her fine craft education continued in Indonesia and Thailand. Through the years and her many travels, Christana has collected unique gemstones and artifacts that she uses in her pieces today.
All of Christana’s jewelry is handcrafted. In her studio, Christana forges all her own gold sheet, wire and bezel, which she combines with unique gemstones to create one-of-a-kind pieces. Her knowledge of lapidary and gemstones, and her creative use of varied materials, sets her apart from other designers.
Christana now resides in Arizona.
